Get your child added to the Dynamic Support Register
A register that helps services step in early to keep a child with complex needs out of hospital.
The Dynamic Support Register (DSR) lists children and young people with a learning disability and/or autism and the most complex needs, who are at risk of admission to a mental health hospital, so services can respond early and help them stay well at home. It works alongside Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews.
