Apply for help getting to school (SEND transport)
Transport help - independent travel training, a bus pass, payment for parents to transport their own child, a travel escort, or taxi/specialist transport - for children whose nearest school is more than 2-3 miles away, or where transport is specified in an EHC Plan.
Learn to travel independently to school or college
Teaches students with SEND, or who are particularly vulnerable, how to travel on their own - to school, college or a work placement. Flexible to the young person's needs, with parent carers authorising each step.
