Request an Education, Health and Care needs assessment (EHCP)
Request an assessment for a legal plan setting out your child's support needs and goals.
An EHCP is a legal document for children and young people (0-25) with SEND who need more support than SEN Support alone can provide. It sets out the support needed, the goals to work towards, and who will help. Not everyone with SEND needs one.
