This covers:

Occupational therapy - for difficulties with everyday activities like dressing, writing, playing or eating.
Physiotherapy - by qualified physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
Speech and language therapy - to support communication and language.
Dietetics - food and nutrition support, including for children with an EHCP.

A child-centred, family-oriented team, confirmed offering (occupational therapy and speech and language therapy checked directly against the source, physiotherapy and dietetics share the same referral route and branding):

Occupational therapy - for physical, functional or coordination difficulties affecting daily activities like dressing, writing, playing or eating.
Physiotherapy - qualified physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
Speech and language therapy - communication and language development support.
Dietetics - specialist nutritional assessment, individualised dietary plans, and support for medical conditions, including children with an EHCP.
