Get support to live independently, if you are 16 or over and have additional needs. There is also care for younger children with a learning disability or other needs.
Supported living for young people aged 16 and over, including care leavers, and care for children with a learning disability, mental health condition, physical disability or sensory impairment - personalised care plans, education and therapeutic support to build independence.
