Home visits to help your pre-school child with additional needs learn through play.
Portage home visitors work in partnership with parents/carers of pre-school children (0-3) with additional needs, planning play activities around what your child can do, and supporting transition to nursery or school. Available at home or in an education group; waiting times apply for younger referrals.
