Get community links support as a young adult leaving school (Five Day Offer)

This service helps young people aged 18 to 25 who have just left school or college. You must live in Calderdale. You must have a learning disability and an EHC Plan (a plan for extra support). We help you find things to do near you. This could be more learning, a job, volunteering, or fun activities. We usually help for up to 2 years after you leave school.

For 18-25s with an EHC plan and a recognised learning disability, living in Calderdale, moving on from full-time education - practical support building local links around further learning, independent living, volunteering, paid work and leisure, generally for up to 2 years after leaving school.
