Get assessed for SEND Short Breaks support

If your child has SEND, isn't already accessing short break activities, and doesn't have an allocated social worker, this team can assess their needs and connect them with clubs, holiday activities or 1:1 community support. Contact via the Integrated Front Door, the duty line (9am-4:30pm) or email.
