An Individual Funding Request (IFR) asks the NHS to pay for a treatment that isn't routinely commissioned - made through your GP, who has to evidence how the child or young person would benefit, against national and West Yorkshire ICB policies.

For anyone with a learning disability and/or autism, of any age, most at risk of mental health or specialist hospital admission or losing their placement. Identifies the right support early, working alongside CETRs.
Request a Care, Education and Treatment Review (CETR)
A person-centred review for children and young people at risk of hospital admission (or already in hospital) for a mental health condition - looks at care, education and treatment together, with recommendations to reduce risk and support independence.
