The SEND Tribunal is where you can appeal if you disagree with a decision about your child's EHC needs assessment or plan.
The national tribunal that hears appeals from parents and young people against local authority decisions on Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments, plans, and the support and placements named in them.
