Bradford Resourced Provisions Service
Specialist support units within mainstream Bradford schools, for children with an EHCP, across many named schools.
Resourced Provisions (RPs) are specialist units within mainstream Bradford schools for children and young people with an EHCP who need more support than SEN Support to access mainstream education - run either by the school (School Led) or the council (Local Authority Led). They cover communication/interaction (including ASD), SEMH, SLCN, physical and complex needs, plus Enhanced Nursery Placements for severe/profound learning difficulties, across dozens of named primary, secondary and nursery settings district-wide.

Request a place in a Resourced Provision for your child
If your child has an EHCP and needs more support than SEN Support to access mainstream education, you can request a Resourced Provision place when naming a placement in the EHCP. A central Local Authority panel allocates places in consultation with the host school - referral is via your SEN casework officer, not a direct application. Dozens of Bradford primary, secondary and nursery settings host a Resourced Provision, covering communication/interaction (including ASD), SEMH, SLCN, physical and complex needs.
