Bradford Children's Community Support Team (CCST)

Short-term, in-home behaviour and sleep support for families of children with SEND, referred by a SCIL teacher or social worker.

CCST provides short-term (up to 12 weeks), in-home support for families of children and young people with a diagnosed disability or identified SEND: a Behaviour service for children whose behaviour challenges the family, and a Sleep Clinic for children with severe sleep disturbance. Referrals come via a SCIL Team Specialist Teacher or Children's Social Care.
