Bradford Best Start in Life / Family Hubs

Bradford's Family Hubs offer free support for families, from pregnancy until your child turns 19 (or 25 if they have SEND) - including activities and guidance made specifically for children with SEND.

Bradford Council's network of Family Hubs (East, West, South, and Keighley/Shipley) offering free local support for families from pregnancy through to age 19 (up to 25 for young people with SEND) - pregnancy and baby support, early years and school readiness activities, parenting help, and specialised SEND activities and guidance. No single address - a network of hubs across the district.

Get Early Help before problems get bigger

Early Help offers support at an early stage for young people with SEND up to age 25, working alongside Children's Social Care to make sure children and young people get the right support at the right time. Access it via your nearest Family Hub, an online form, or by asking a teacher, GP or other practitioner.

Get free data and digital support for your SEND family

Bradford's Family Hubs offer free SIM cards loaded with data, texts and minutes for SEND families, plus daily digital drop-ins with free wifi, computers and hands-on help getting online, at local Family Hubs, libraries, GP practices and VCSE organisations.

Get SEND activities and support at your local Family Hub

Specialised activities and guidance for children with special educational needs and disabilities, alongside general early years, pregnancy/baby and parenting support, delivered from Family Hubs across Bradford district (East, West, South, Keighley/Shipley). Families can find their nearest hub and register for free membership.
