AWARE is a parent-run support group for families of autistic children and young people in the Airedale, Wharfedale and Bradford area. You don't need a formal diagnosis to join.
A parent-run peer support group for families of autistic children and young people across the Airedale, Wharfedale, Bradford and Craven areas. Runs events and activities, helps families navigate health, education and social care services, and welcomes families whether formally diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis, or self-identifying - no formal diagnosis required.

Bradford Early Advice Team (BEAT) - an NHS-funded, parent-led project run by AWARE, providing advice and support for families of children and young people on the waiting list for an autism assessment.
Join a peer support group for your autistic child
Peer support, events and activities for autistic children, young people and their families, plus help navigating local health, education and social care services. No formal diagnosis required to join.
Join the EarlyBird autism parent programme (AWARE)
AWARE delivers the National Autistic Society's EarlyBird programme (for parents of under-5s with an autism diagnosis) and EarlyBird Plus (for parents of school-aged children under 10), combining weekly group sessions with individual home visits over about 3 months to help parents understand autism and support their child.
