Why it wasn't imported
Checked NDTi's own site directly: this was a three-year programme (2021-2024) that has concluded - "England: Final evaluation report 2021/24, published July 2024." The only currently-active version is Time to Talk Next Steps Scotland (funded by the Scottish Government, continuing into 2027). England is now listed only under "Commission Time to Talk Next Steps" - available to local authorities/ICBs/education providers who actively commission it, not as a free service an individual young person can self-refer into. No evidence Bradford has commissioned a current run. Bradford's own directory listing is stale - it shows a recent "last updated" date despite describing an expired scheme.
